Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or contact us for more information if we haven’t covered something here.

  • Not necessarily. Many of our customers prefer to be away during the service. For exterior-only cleaning, we don't need access into your home. For interior cleaning, we can coordinate the best arrangements during scheduling.

  • Most residential customers benefit from cleaning 2-4 times per year (quarterly or bi-annually).

Commercial properties with high visibility may need monthly or bi-weekly service.

The frequency depends on your location, surroundings (ie trees, traffic, sprinklers) and personal preferences. We're happy to recommend a schedule based on your specific needs.

  • Preparation is minimal. Please clear window sills of plants, decorations, or valuables. If we're cleaning inside, move any furniture directly blocking window access (or let us know and we can carefully move small items). Ensure pets are secured in a separate room for their safety and ours. That's it—we'll handle the rest!

  • Yes, we carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation to protect both our team and your property. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request.

  • Rain actually doesn't make clean windows dirty—it's the dirt already on the glass that causes streaking. If it rains right after we clean, your windows will dry spot-free. However, if you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 7 Day Rain Guarantee and will make it right.

  • Yes! We clean skylights, mirrors, glass shower doors, and sliding glass doors. These can be added on to any service package.

Let us know what you may need and we'll include it in your estimate.

  • Yes, we have a minimum service charge of $150 to cover travel time and setup. We offer free estimates so there are no surprises to your cost.

  • Windows can be cleaned year-round as long as the temperature is above 28°F, but spring and fall are the most popular times.

Spring cleaning removes winter grime and pollen, while fall cleaning prepares windows for the darker months ahead.

Many customers also schedule cleanings before hosting events. The best time is whenever your windows need it!
